Emailed this listing agent for a tour of the property. They responded and offered a showing as well as on another property they are not listing agent for. When I informed them I was already seeing the second property and that I had my own agent just wanted to see their listing. They then got rude and no longer wanted to show their listing. Is this how you want a realtor to list your home and get offended when buyers have their own agent? Completely unacceptable. And to post the one email that you said that is a half truth. I told you my agent is on a cruise until the 16th and she can't so I am up here and can do this and as the listing agent you're job is to sell not be an ass about you're protocol. Why didnt you post the email where you said oh you have an agent well wish you the best! I'll post it here. Now everyone can see the real truth....

I know many have had a really good experience listing with Nathan but we had some difficult in our transaction in the spring of 2024. We know he has done a great job for others.That is why we hired him.
His team was amazing and the cabin was staged well. That is where good service ended. He was unresponsive to our first buyer and after losing that opportunity he still was difficult to get answers from that hampered our negotiations and timeliness with our 2nd buyer. We did close but after a lot of stress that was so unnecessary, One of the bad reviews here was from our first offer. The office didn't remember him being a client. It confirmed that Nathan dropped the ball when we were in the inspection and counter offer stage. The buyer moved on and bought another cabin and delayed our sale by another 60 days.

First Class Experience - Hands Down the best Realtor in North GA . Nathan Fitts & his team recently marketed and sold my second home in Morganton. I had been coming to the area for many years and always heard about Nathan and how successful he was from friends and neighbors that had used him and how much they enjoyed working with him. Even though I didn't purchase through his firm when I bought, I'm so glad I chose him to help me sell. The experience with him and his entire team was an entirely different level of experience and professionalism than I experienced with the previous agent. I felt completely comfortable and confident from the beginning and with the decisions they recommended from the pricing of the cabin to what we should and should not offer to repair. There were a couple of challenges, but they jumped in and handled and knew exactly how and what to do and they did it like true pros.
