They are the largest rental agency in Narragansett. Responsive full service office. Attentive to my travelers summer rental needs. They have managed my properties for years. Also handles my University of RI Student Academic Rentals. Very on point, and responsible for ensuring my homes are cared for and my renters needs are meet.

We have worked with the staff at Narragansett Properties to assist with our week rental in the Narragansett area for our family summer vacation for the past 3 years. They have always been very helpful, courteous, and responsive to any of our questions related to our property rentals. Each property was clean upon our arrival and check in seamless. They provide excellent communication and are available to renters by text if necessary during your stay. When our previous pet friendly rental was not available for our dates this year, they kindly sent us other suitable pet friendly options (which can be challenging to find.) because it would not be a true family vacation without our pup. Many thanks for another wonderful stay in Narragansett!

We have trusted our rental property to Narragansett properties for a year now after switching from another agency and have been very happy with their services. The staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgable regarding local ordinances and all aspects of renting. The advice and suggestions they have made to us, from supplies and amenities to pricing, have all been spot on. In addition, communication is excellent - from emails alerting of upcoming issues and deadlines to regularly monitored text messaging. And the student and owner portals make it easy to keep track of financials. We highly recommend!

I couldn’t have had a better experience with renting for the summer. Narragansett Properties went above and beyond from check in and check out. It was super smooth with receiving instructions digitally. When we had a problem with the outdoor shower they sent someone within 10 minutes to come fix it. I would absolutely rent through them again.

House was very clean and well supplied. Loved deck and big back yard. Location was good. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not far from beaches. Used grill every night. Even had beach chairs and cooler for our use. Check in was very easy. Good communication with property management. Needed a couple of minor fixes and maintenance was quick to respond. Would stay again. Loved that I could take my dog!

We just spent the July 4th week at this spectacular property. It was the perfect place for our annual family vacation. It was our second year at this property. There were 9 of us; grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. The house is steps from the beach and also has a lovely pool. The house is spacious and extremely well equipped with all amenities. Working with Narragansett properties was a breeze. The communication was excellent. Any question was answered immediately. We had a fabulous week of making wonderful memories. We couldn’t have asked for more.
