A dishonest real estate company. Lorrisa Bergamin had me sign a 3 day extension for the buyers of my property to secure financing after the deadline on this matter was set to expire but never informed me about what I was signing, just to make the sale. The owner Tim made threats to sue me if I didn't agree to sell my house even when the buyers failed to secure financing in time. Napa River Realty represented the buyer more than they did me, their client. Avoid this company unless you like getting ripped off

The adjacent property at 210 Craven Street, Vjo has serious trespass/ encroachment issues onto the sale property. Tim is hands down the best in Solano County. Our home in Vallejo needed a substantial remodeling before we could list it. I sat down with 4 realtors, all who had great Zillow ratings. Tim's estimate was half the price and his completion time was 2 weeks quicker than the others. Between that and his friendly and honest demeanor, I decided to list with him.

If you are looking for a real estate professional, I highly recommend Tim. He is very responsive to all of your calls and emails. He was instrumental in our successful sale of our property. He will partner with you and help take some of the burden to help ready your property for sale to get you a great price. He has his team of experienced professionals who will do whatever is necessary to make your property most attractive. He will take direction from you if you are being overwhelmed with the process of moving and preparing your property for sale. After his team completed the touch up painting , landscaping, and cleaning my property looked like new and the buyers responded. With one weekend showing we had over 20 buyers viewing the property with an offer ratio of 28%. Tim will prepare all of the required paperwork and the Fidelity escrow company will monitor the progress to be sure everyone is in compliance.
When the first buyer selected decided to drop out. Tim quickly contacted the second buyer and they successfully closed the transaction.

I went with Tim Hiemstra because he has a well-deserved reputation for producing quick results. He is tenacious and will work extremely hard for you.
