My experience with this leasing company, especially with the manager Jake, was very poor. Jake never kept us informed about the process and I had to constantly chase him to understand what was happening between the negotiation phase. This is not how a professional business should operate.

The lack of clear communication and poor service suggest bigger problems in how this company works. Their unprofessional behavior raises serious doubts about how they treat their clients.

I strongly advise anyone thinking of using this leasing company to be very careful. Based on my experience, they don't seem to care about their clients or follow basic professional standards. It's best to avoid working with them.

Bad service looking to lease a building agent Will hasn't called me back in 2 weeks. Never return calls or emails stated was out of office 2 days but no response in almost 2 weeks. Think it is discrimination by the way have been treated and things that have been said. I have leased buildings for years and never been treated like this will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau. I never want anyone else to be treated like this.
