Mynd has been very very good to us, much better than the last company we dealt with! Maintenance and repair issues are handled quickly and professionally! Previous company we had to fight with them to get repairs done and even then we’re still not satisfied! Greatly appreciate these people!

Mynd took over (merged/bought?) my old property company a few years ago. After a period where nothing really changed, it has now become a really outstanding service. I have a dedicated contact that keeps me informed regularly. Tenant HOA violations are now dealt with immediately. When a tenant leaves, a new one is found quickly. Necessary repairs are handled directly with my chosen home warranty company. All this and at an extremely reasonable cost. Although I am not in the market for additional properties at this time, they offer that service as well. I highly recommend Mynd.

TLDR: don’t ever rent a house managed by Mynd.

I’m renting a house from Mynd and started the lease at the end of May 2024. Right away, the house was dirty and the lawn hadn’t been mowed in weeks and they couldn’t figure out to give me the correct access code so I could enter.

One month in the ceiling starts leaking due to an AC unit issue. The drainage pipe was backed up - that isn’t something that happens after a month. There was no pre-move in inspection done or any kind of preventative maintenance. The house has been in disarray ever since with a parade of vendors coming in to fix one thing but not have the authority to fix another. Mynd straight up forgot to put replacing base boards on a work order.

Now I’m dealing with another ceiling leak caused by damaged dampers and Mynd takes forever to approve work orders and get vendors out.

This is a horrendous property management company. Only rent from and owner or a local property management company with a physical presence where the house is located.

I have been renting a property for a year now and Mynd just took over the management of this property. The previous management company dragged their feet on everything and on the transition had not forwarded any information to Mynd. I was left to explain some of the open issues that I had. Everyone I spoke with, had a very positive attitude and was willing to assist. So my experience only within a month has been positive

We're a vendor for Mynd Property Management and have have a great experience with them. The portal we work out of is top notch and they are incredibly responsive. You can tell they really care how quickly their residents are taken care of.

Called Mynd for maintenance issues on a stove that quick working and sum pump. Message me quick to find the issue with both stove and sum pump had someone out quick to replace both.

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. They are terrible about communicating. We enrolled with them and paid a deposit. It took over a week to do our property inspection. The inspection was a joke, they told us we had to replace things that were brand new and do a bunch of work that completely made up (I don't think they even visited the property). Ultimately, they required $2500 of work to be paid to their team before they would lease our house. We canceled the contract within 24 hours. From there it took 4 months to get our deposit back and they subtracted "management fees" during that period. It was a shake down and they preformed no work. PLEASE AVOID.
