I will be reporting to the Better business bureau. A client of mine called several times after seeing a 'for rent' sign with the exact number listed that got me here by googling it. Her calls and voicemails were never returned. I tried calling myself today after seeing the same sign and number today and the guy who answered the number listed for this business and he just very rudely answered and told me after inquiring about the for rent sign, "Ma'am I'm not a realtor" so either this company is a SCAM or the representative that answers is DISCRIMINATORY. Either way I will be reporting my clients and my experience to Better business bureau. Either of the case you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Treat others how you want to be treated. May God bless and change your hearts.

We are pleased with the services we receive from Brad McCance and the staff members of Myers Team Realty. We have been property owners for 3 years. Our tenants have commented that Myers is pretty responsive, and it's only been a time or 2 when they didn't receive a timely call back.
When we've had concerns or questions, Brad and his team have done a good job of explaining thoroughly. Also the cost of their services is very reasonable. It's sometimes difficult to keep a connection using their owners portal, but they have been helpful in assisting us.
We were extremely grateful to Myers for their diligence in recouping monies owed to us from a prior tenant who failed to pay the last month's rent and also left the house filthy with their junk. They even left "bathroom surprises". Myers hired reasonably priced contractors on our behalf to re-establish our property. Myers also filed court documents on our behalf, and we received a very good settlement after 18 months or so. It was a very welcomed surprise, as we had moved on from thinking about it. It was so comforting to know that Myers was still pursuing it and did in fact complete the process.
We have 2 properties managed by Myers Team Realty and all is going well. We are very thankful for their services!

I am very satisfied with Myers team they do a great job with handling our rent and our payments we pay on time they call us great tenants and we are. They are very great and they come and do what you need for them to do in a timely matter. What else could you want we live in a big home and probably want to buy it soon so I'm not dissatisfied with anything

Property Owners this is for you. I own many properties. I had 2 with Myers Team. Brad is a very nice person to talk to. All of his staff are pleasant. I should have known better when I walked into the office next door (another rental agency) and they warned me that going with the Myers Team would be something leaving me wanting. I spent a couple of years with their management and at the time i considered moving a 3rd single family home to them I reassed my position based on experiences with them in comparison to other management teams we have had in the past.

Myers team costs me as the property owner money that didn't need to be paid. I had a tenannt that removed my refrigerator and placed it outside. I noticed this when i did a visual inspection as i drove by. I brought it up to the Myers team to resolve. Their solution was to move the refrigerator to a storage unit. I thought that was a great solution and at the time thought wow great customer service and conflict resolution. Little did i realize, months later when i decided to go away from Myers team that they put it outside in the shed with no heat and it molded up and a rodent chewed the wiring. I threw that fridge away.

Another occasion tenant gets a dog. Myers team doesn't know about it i inform them about the issue. Instead of asking me if I am okay with it they just approve the puppy and inform me that they collected a $300 pet deposit. That deposit was very difficult to track down in the financial statements as their office communication kept messing up the billing and allocations of funds.

Next instance we ask for some other issues regarding repairs and addressing issues of concern with a different tenant their response was less than active. If you are looking for a management team to accurately tell you what you are being paid and what deductions are coming out, and to make responsible decisions with your property this is not the company for property owners. Hope they get this resolved as the people who work there all appear nice, but business isn't about being nice.

She also took time to explain why my in-laws were running into certain problems they were having. A truly helpful and thoughtful agent and person.
