I was having some issues with a lender the sales agent exchanged contact information with Mr. Vargas from my home mortgage, we got InTouch. Mr. Vargas indicated that as long I provided the information to them I’m a timely manner we could go to closing within 10 days well I was schematic, but I really wanted this house so we worked together and we were ready to close in 7 days it took the builder another 3 days to get their stuff ready. These experience was the most horrific I have ever encountered in my adult life, some how the my home mortgage team specially Mr, G Vargas made it seem easy.
