I am that buyer that Sona speaks off, I did order an appraisal which Sona did not allow happen. I was approved and closed 2 other transactions with Teresa. Teresa is great to work with and very honest. I can provide proof and so can Teresa that Sona is just very upset that she did not disclose items on the Seller's disclosures which we found out later. Sometimes you run into grumpy people.

I was in the camp fire and lost everything. There was 9 of us 4 dogs and 3 cats. We were kind of homeless for 2 years. We were so desperate to find a home again, my scores were low because of our living situation. Then in came Teresa to the rescue like super woman. She helped with the lender find a house and with in a short time we had a home. We had some issues with the lender he became sick during the process and even though it was not Teresa's job she stepped up to the plate and helped us with the lender that stepped in to get the loan done. At the end of the loan the lender said we had to come up with more money than they quoted. it was a lot, again Teresa went above and beyond and took the money out of her commission's so we could get the new home. We owe her so much we will never be able to repay her. I do not know how long it would have taken to get a new home with out Teresa. We did not have fema, American red cross help or insurance during or after the fire. With out Teresa and her professionalism kind heart and knowledge who knows where we would be.
