I agree with the comment from five years ago about that Hepler woman. She is the absolute rudest soul I've ever had the displeasure of encountering in this town. After being called, I walked up to her counter and asked, "How are you today? 🙂"
To which she replied with a blank stare, "😐"

Her rudeness caught me so off-guard that I honestly forgot why I was there and struggled to transact my business. She told me the wrong price at first, was dealing with two customers at once....then after it was all said and done, said, "Thank you, dear" -- like she's the sweetest old granny in town. If she's that miserable she needs to retire. My hands were actually shaking after dealing with her.

Very rude, the lady and I can only remember her last name Helpner or Helfner (very close if not correct), was rude. It was like I was inconveniencing her to do her job. She wouldn’t smile and when I said I hope you have a great day she turns her head and sits back down in her chair. Wow! If you hate your job then don’t work with the public! Being polite is something she needs to learn!
