I gave one star because there isn't a lower option. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They will threaten you with eviction the entire year and at the end of the year, they will keep most or all of your security deposit. Nancy has no idea what belongs to the owner and what belongs to the tenants. She will charge you for things that are broken that belong to you and also for things that were broken on move in day. Completely untrustworthy people who lie all the time. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere.

I have been tenant since October 2008, after 11years and 100,000.00 in rent paid every month on 1st no later than 2nd of every month. I was told termainat tenacy 1st 45 days to be out. Let me stay with rent being paid 2 months vbefor I got served eviction notice . I got 6 months after 11years paying. Also went 2 months with no shower until calling city building inspector to call Nancy to get fixed . All cause want to remodel for more money. Thank you for your 100,000.00 no leave

DO NOT USE MUNROE REAL ESTATE. They don’t do anything. You will also NEVER get your housing deposit back. They will try to screw you for every penny. They never answer calls and Nancy is nasty everytime you call about a problem with a house you’re renting or even to ask about getting your money back. Haven’t heard from her in over a month when she told me multiple times she’d get back to me. It’s unacceptable and renting as a student they should be more understanding but they’re not. They also don’t give you a heads up on house tours when you're supposed to get 48 hours notice, they also don’t care if you were uncomfortable with having strangers walk through your house during the pandemic. Save your money and use someone else. I wish I could give no stars.
