Two days before Thanksgiving our furnace went out. Muldoon Associates got a technician out to our house THE SAME DAY we contacted them about the issue. It was fully replaced within 24 hours! From the time I contacted him with interest in listing my property to the day we sat down for closing paperwork, Patrick made the process smooth and efficient. He was ready when I called to say I was prepped to go on the market, gave tips on making sure my home had an appealing look and feel so prospective buyers could see themselves creating their own memories there. He was very effective in his advice on how and when to list as well as exactly what price point we should start at and how to proceed once the listing was live. He set realistic expectations so I knew what to prepare for everything from photos to closing. Patrick was extremely responsive and diligent and helped me get my home sold without even the slightest hiccup. I have to say we absolutely had the dream team on this sale and I cannot say enough about Patrick and his team. I would not hesitate to refer anyone in the market to Patrick even especially they are looking for a headache free experience. He is a gem.

Property management is very friendly! They are quick to respond to any maintenence requests! Most transactions are virtual requests but have been smooth and practical. I'm very pleased to be living at my new home and working with them to manage the property!

Matt Tarpy deserves 10 stars! Talk about being a cut above, Matt is not just a realtor. When buying my first house in 2017, the previous owner hadn't occupied the home due to medical reasons. Matt cleaned up the yards, hauled all the trash and junk away at his own expense, and saved me from putting offers on other homes that were subpar. He gets down and dirty to inspect homes and check out the things that "real" inspectors don't. Upon buying my 2nd home, Matt left no stone unturned. Thanks for all the hard work Tarp!
