Closed on our first home today ! Could not have done it without Mike and Pat ! I have been through so many lenders, being lied to and given false hope. My wife and I purchased a home recently and we could not have done it without the help of Mulberry Street Mortgage. Patricia and Mike were both great and very easy to work with. Patricia helped us secure an approval very quickly and was able to adjust the loan amount based on our needs on the same day. Mike on the other hand took the time to explain to us every single document that we needed to sign at closing so that everything was clear to us. I was very impressed by Pat and her team’s awesome customer service and the way they worked hard to get us everything we wanted/needed in our new home. I would refer them to anyone that is beginning the home buying process. In this stressful process, they were able to make it as easy as they could, they walked us through every step of the way. I loved working with them. I really appreciated everything they did for us. Pat is awesome to work with- she’s clearly very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every aspect of this industry.
