We did ultimately decide to go with buyers who had the VA loan and even though this was Jackie's first time dealing with a VA loan escrow process, we were still able to close with very few bumps in the road thanks to her constant communication and follow ups with our HOA and the VA inspectors/appraisers to make sure the process was smooth. All along the way she kept us updated and we felt comfortable with how the process was moving forward the entire time.
