Randy seems shady, I qualified all the way around for their rental, paid the application fees, and never got back with an approval or denial. Seems like a scam to me! When I asked him about the home he said he had not made a decision yet and never got back to me after that text.

Randy Seem's Like A Scam. My Husband And I Applied For A Home We Both Have The Requirements Requested To Rent The Home And Were Not Approved. My Neighbor Also Applied For The Home And Same Thing They Have The Income/Credit Score/Great Rental Background And Were Not Approved. There Has Been At Least 3 Family's That Have Applied For These Homes And Are Not Approved That Seems Sketchy To Me, These Homes Have Been Up For Rent For At Least 2/3 Months Now, That Is Super Sketchy To Me.
