Been living in this neighborhood for over going on 3 years and have no complaints. Renee is super cool and just a great person. Be cool to get some gravel in my driveway tho. Nothing has changed. Just today they put on a get together for our neighborhood. I got my gravel for my driveway. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Not only do I know these people on a professional level, but a personal level also. Great people! Always trying their best to fix, maintain, and keep up appearances. As long as you follow the rules, pay your bills, and COMMUNICATE you won't have any issues, as I suspect the 1 star reviews are people that don't do these things.

I wouldn't rent from Richard he is a slumlord our heat won't work unless the thermostat it turned up to 80 when it gets turned on to 68 or 70it blows cold air... He is a true slumlord nothing else gets fixed our floor is falling through with a child in the home and he won't fix it very disappointed

Richard and Brandon at MVP are great fellas. Couldn't ask for better property owners to rent or rent to own from. Most all the homes in the park have been or are in the process of being remodeled. They keep the place clean and there are some new rules in place to asure it remains this way. Maintenance on the properties is done for the most part by Chad who is also a great guy and easy to talk to. He will listen to your concerns and write them down and address them with the owner so that he knows whats going on and what needs to be taken care of. Water is provided up to 2500 gallons a month. Power is North Ga Electric. If you are looking for a place to live and cant afford some of the higer priced places around this area I highly recommend you come and talk to Richard. 4156 Hwy 225 N Chatsworth Ga
