Pete at Mountain Peak Mortgage was great to work with for my first time buying a house.
My real estate agent recommended a couple names to shop around for my mortgage, and I did. Pete came up with the best rate for me by far, and on a 30 year note, a little interest rate goes a LONG way.
That says nothing of the actual mortgage application and approval process which was all smooth. Pete got the appraisal on the house turned around super fast so I could proceed despite a pretty tight due diligence period. He was very communicative through the process, let me know exactly what I needed to do, and we closed smoothly on time.
Would absolutely recommend calling Pete if you're looking for a mortgage or refi!

We have worked with Mountain Peak Mortgage and Pete Brown for home purchases and refinancing. Always a delightful experience from initiation to close and beyond. The team is professional, proactive and hard working. This team recently helped my daughter and her boyfriend purchased their first home. They started with one of the “big” banks and shifted to Mountain Peak due to poor communication and unresponsiveness. My daughter was very excited to learn how quickly Mountain Peak could get work done.
