I bought my first house in July of last year, and can honestly say I couldn’t have done it without Mountain Goat Mortgage. Tim broke down the whole process for me in ways that made it everything more feasible. From finding me the best possible rate to making sure all deadlines were met on time Tim was there every step of the way. The home I purchased had various hurdles that had prevented previous interested buyers that had been under contract. Tim was able to point me in the right direction and had a solution for every issue that arose from when I first went under contract until I received the keys. As a first time homebuyer being faced with all that goes with such a big step can be daunting. Tim helped reduce the stress of the entire process and got me into my home which I now love! Tim is a great mortgage broker. We used his company Mountain Goat Mortgage for both our original mortgage and a refinance. He was able to get us a competitive rate in the original mortgage and even notified us when it was a good time to refi. Tim’s very knowledgeable and had the relevant information at hand every time we had a question (and there were many). Our experience with Tim at Mountain Goat Mortgage was perfect! Tim was very fast and responsive, he has our loan clear to close just 4 days after we submitted the application. That served us well as negotiations were needed on some undisclosed issues that came out of the inspection. Tim is truly an expert in the field!
