Let tell you the stories I have about this company. They're absolutely not lazy; not incompetent about helping each customer with care and instruction. My broker helped me each step of the way, and for a first time buyer that is the upmost trait I admired. Each question and concern was looked into with skill and experience.

I highly recommend Motto Mortgage! Lisa and Jessica really went the extra mile throughout the process. Not only were they professional and helpful, but on several occasions Lisa spent ample time explaining each and every detail, providing options and suggestion, and all of it really brought peace of mind to what could have been very confusing. After 2 months of working with my current mortgage lender on a refinance loan with nothing but issues along the way and finally getting to the closing process only to have them tell me that the title company messed up and all 100 pages that I signed were void and I would have to re close again.. Alex at Motto Mortgage is absolutely amazing to work with. He helped us with a refinance that is saving Us literally thousands of dollars in interest and cut our loan term by more than half!!!! With our previous mortgage company our interest was still more than double our principle after 13 years. Now our principle is double what our interest is. Not only that, being able to stop by the office when need it, instead of doing it by the phone made the process more personal.
