I have been renting from Moss Real Estate for 4 years now. We have had a couple issues with the house and they have been quick to get the issues resolved. Jason has even taken the initiative to come out to our property personally to ensure the work that was being done is complete and done correctly to his higher standards. They are very polite and professional when it comes to discussing business. I would recommend them to anyone.

I believe a lot of the lower reviews here aren’t something bad to reflect on Moss Real Estate as a company but more so towards the owners of some of the properties who refuse to want to put any money back into the property to keep it well maintained. (Property Management companies need owners approval to do majority of the work to a house. If the owners refuse it leaves them kind of there with their hands tied)

Ultimately don’t take all these lower reviews as facts, Moss Real Estate does there very best to ensure their tenants are taken care of, correctly and in a timely manner.

This property management was very polite and helpful while getting us in to the property but through the 1 year we rented from them, they allowed the owner of the property to bully. He refused to put a pool fence so we put up our own. He refused to fix the fireplace and other electrical repairs so we had to pay to have them fixed ourselves. Then after being there 8 months we were told the owner was selling. After we moved out and had to pay rent for a month we weren’t even there, they kept $600 of our deposit. Very frustrating experience.

Horrible service when moving out. It took a month to get my security deposit. And they charged me for a lot of issues that were already there before I enter the house. In essence they stole money from me to fix their issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE
