My experience was a breath of fresh air, Harry Brennan ,his sister and Deborah Hatmaker were all great ! they all went the extra mile &made things super easy, very easy to work with .And to put the cherry on top. Mike Russo. Enough said. This guy is not only knowledgeable in his field, but he has excellent professionalism, is easy to communicate with, and is straightforward and honest. I have utilized MortgageRight and Mike Russo several times and could not be more pleased. We did a few VA Streamline Refinances and am now doing a VA home purchase. Mike is very quick to respond, lays out everything you need, and explains the process very clearly and carefully. He’s not looking out for himself; he is truly looking out for you- the borrower. As long as you are honest about your situation, Mike can get a loan worked very quickly. I certainly hope this is my last home purchase but if not….im going back to Mike Russo at MortgageRight. The builder offered me a $5k incentive to use their “preferred lender” but Mike is the ONLY lender I trust so I gladly turned that down. Because of his efficiency, I’m hoping that my realtor, who is part of one of the top realty groups in the Tampa, Bradenton, Sarasota area will consider Mike and Mortgage Right as a preferred lender to other clients.
