Do not I repeat do not work with this company. I ended up getting a predatory lender and loosing my house! I was tossed around quickly and half the time did not know who I was speaking to and about what and never kept me in the loop except rushing me to sign paperwork although it took them over 3 months to close. He seemed so genuine and kind. That was a complete joke. At first I gave him the benifit of the doubt and thought maybe he just messed up until I told him I needed to sell my house because i stupidly signed off on paperwork that I told him didn't look like a good plan yet somehow convinced me otherwise. His name is James Cokinos and even told me a sob story about how his heart sank when i texted him about having to sell my house of 17years quickly because I could no longer afford the doubled mortgage payment along with them not paying off what they said they would at the beginning of the deal and kept raising all the closing coats. Then the slap in the face comes and he says omg I'm gonna make this right I'm so sorry I'm gonna have them cut you a customer service check. A week later I received a whole whopping 30 dollars to compensate for me loosing my home. Yes I signed it and yes I read it all thoroughly and called him to say I didn't want to do the loan because it didn't sound like a good offer and I wouldn't be saving much. In the long run they paid off 500 a month in bills and raised my mortgage $750. Do not do cash out refinance. They are predatory loans. They got what they wanted and a financial investor took over my loan now and it has been sold and I got absolutely no equity. And have to find another place to live within 30 days. I'm walking away with a whopping $1000 when I could have made 40,000 profit before the cash out refinance loan.

MortgageRight helped me from beginning to the closing of my first home. From finding a great local realtor Acey & Associates Cardell Davis , Camie Joe Funk also gave me a list of house insurance and I went with All-State. There was never a time I felt alone or like I didn't know what was gone on, communication could not have been better and might I add this was during a pandemic with minimal in-person contact. Kevin gave me quick response and best closing cost and rates compared to several other companies. It moved quickly and was an easier process than two other friends that were refinancing at the same time with another group. The only negative is I needed a little more time getting accustomed to an ALL online application process but Kevin was patient and I highly recommend Him and mortgage right!
