My name is Brent Barray and I would like to tell every one about my nightmare experience with Mortgage Solutions and more specifically, their employee Richard McCracken.
I went to Mortgage Solutions in Grand Junction seeking to apply for a mortgage on an investment property I was looking to buy. Mr McCracken reviewed my documents, ran a credit check, and smiled. He said everything was very good! Somewhere during that conversation, he saw the words LOSER AND SUCKER written all over my face and he decided then and there to screw me and sell me the most expensive mortgage he could find!
Mr McCracken then did nothing for the next week. Eleven days before the close the phone calls and problems began! " I need this document, I need that document he said. Explain this, explain that! I had to leave work 3 times that week to get records to satisfy Mr McCracken. Finally, a day and a half before the close, Mr McCracken called to tell me he finally got the mortgage and we could close. This whole thing was carefully planned because Richard knew the previous buyer had backed out and we had a motivated seller, and I had a tennant ready to move in. Mr McCracken knew I would most likely sign anything!
When I sat down at the closing, I discovered just how bad Mr McCracken screwed me; 8.6% interest!!!! Two weeks later, I found a lender who agreed to refinance at 6.9%.
Mortgage Solutions and Richard McCracken are PREDATORS AND GREEDY PARASITES!!! They are only looking out for their best interest. Mr McCracken laughed all the way to the bank!
I would not recommend Mortgage solutions to my worst enemy!
