Mortgage Options of Texas helped us close on a new build this week, and our opportunity to close on the first house we had built is largely due to Nicole Ford. A mutual friend recommended Mortage Options of Texas and I recently refinanced my house with help from John and Nicole. They really are profesional and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way, via texting, email and phone. John shopped for the best rate and explained in details my options and allowed me to make decision, based on my situation. Nicole communicated with me at least 2 times a week. I appreciate that they use secured portal to send/receive documents, instead of emailing. The whole process took approximately 3 weeks. Without John and Nicole, the process would've been much more stressful. The builder was giving us a hard time, but through this process, they worked our loan as if it were their own.
