I would like to give Mr Stidham and Esther in his office a 10 if I could, but i give them the highest rating that it will allow. We were buying a house and initially we were having issues with the loan and Guy and Esther told us what we needed to do to get it approved and from then on it was smooth sailing. I won’t make this a long drawn out review. Bottom line up front; Phenomenal Lender and all around good human, especially for Veterans looking to purchase a home. Guy and his staff were on point and prompt 110% of the time. Purchasing a home during these times can be challenging enough, so the last thing you want is a hassle when it comes to financing. Guy Stidham and his team are hands down, the team you want advocating for you in your new or refinance of a mortgage. He and his team did such a great job on my first/new mortgage, that I knew exactly where to go when I decided to move/purchase a new home later. Two refi's later, he is still the man to go to. Make your financing one less thing to stress over, you ill not regret it
