If I could give 10 stars I would! Tim and his team are always super responsive, supportive, and reliable. They helped guide my husband and I through purchasing our first home and selling our condo. The condo sale was a nightmare and, even though Tim and team were technically supporting with our selling-side of things, Tim offered to step in and help our buyer secure a loan to purchase our condo. While the buyer ended up using their own lender, this gracious act bought us time with the sellers of the home we were trying to purchase.

At the end of the day, it all worked out and we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Even after moving in and getting settled, we are still in touch with Tim and feel comfortable asking questions and getting his honest and reliable guidance.
