Tammy is really a great "people person". She makes the process fun and you can tell, after a few minutes of speaking with her, that she enjoys what she does and it shows in how efficiently she handles her business. We didn't really have any hiccups along the way but I have zero doubt, had we had any, it would have been painless and seamless working through them.

We were from out-of-state relocating to Santa Fe and Tammy, who resides in Albuquerque, drove up to Santa Fe to meet my wife and I in person at the closing. That was impressive. Continuing….we just refinanced less than a year after purchasing. Tammy was on top of the lending market letting us know that rates were dropping and we should be ready. She timed it perfectly as we were able to is save 2 points over the original loan! She went over the closing statement in detail and answered my questions thoroughly when needed.
