There are lenders who can help you with your home loan, and then there is Tim. I was just about the worst client imaginable, I started working with Tim and once we had an escrow opened I actually changed lenders because a family friend convinced me Tim was taking advantage of us. Tim tried to warn me that there are people in the industry who will do this, discredit another lender to get the business, but I did not believe him. About 3 weeks later (and only 2 weeks before close of escrow) I realized everything Tim said was true, and came crawling back to him.

Not only did Tim take us on once again as a client but he got the FHA file moved (made difficult by the other lender dragging their feet) and closed on time, never once giving anything close to an "I told you so" even though he very well could have!

This was the first time I have purchased a home, I was very concerned about getting into a bad loan, but Tim overexplained everything to my comfort level and always seemed one step ahead of any occurrence.

Not only would I advise others to use Tim, but I will never use another lender and if he entered any other business I would want to be his client - he is just that good.

He would answer the phone or my emails even late at night and works all the time. We had some bumps along the way, but Tim worked really hard to make sure we got the home we wanted. I can’t speak highly enough of Tim and Katie. It was a long 9 months to find the right home for myself. I called Tim to much to be honest and he answered consistently without fail if he was busy he would send me a text immediately and call me back the same day. He is so knowledgeable any questions I had he had answers for. Tim looks out for your best interests every time.
