I’ve been living in this townhouse complex for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The community is welcoming and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and a peaceful atmosphere. The management team Chris and Ms. Delisha is responsive and always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. I love how they care for my concerns and promptly attends to my needs. Ms. Delisha is great for also bringing our complex community together by setting up holiday parties and events. Chris is great for making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable in your home. The amenities are top-notch, and the pool area is always well kept. The location is also fantastic—close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, making everything super convenient. I feel safe and at home here, and I highly recommend this townhouse complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I lived here for 3 years. Very quiet area. I had a great time staying here these last 3 years. Definitely recommend staying here. A lot of different businesses are close by also restaurants. Staff at Morrowood responded back quickly and made sure any issues I had were resolved. They are very helpful and nice to deal with.

It was a previous tenant there at Morrowood Townhomes. I absolutely love this location. It was perfect for my daughter to get to school every day right across the street and whenever I needed a quick drink, I didn’t have to go far. I can just go right to the corner to the nearest Convenience store. In the area, you have Walmart and other shopping centers even gas. I never had an issue with maintenance and the office staff is A1. They kept the property clean, whenever you have a maintenance request they got on it immediately, And the office staff is very professional and friendly Always willing to help you at any time. If and when I do ever move back to Georgia, that is my number one stop!!!

I love living here! This is such a quiet neighborhood, schools are right across the street so it is so convenient for parents with elementary and middleschool children. The homes are spacious and comfortable and the staff is the best. The staff is helpful, resourceful and quickly takes care of your needs and concerns. If you are looking for a place to call home. I highly recommend Morrow Townhomes!

I recently moved from Connecticut and needed to get everything done quickly. The crew here was absolutely amazing—super efficient and professional. They handled all the paperwork in record time, which was a huge relief given my tight timeline.

I enjoyed visiting the community. Although I was with someone else who was looking to lease . I was quite impressed with the professionalism and customer service that was given . I want to thank Delisa for making us feel comfortable and for her customer service. My lease expires in May and I will definitely be back to lease on my own . The property was very clean and charming. The unit was spacious !

Love this complex! The service is awesome and they never leave me needing anything! They keep the parking lots cleans which is a huge plus, cus I hate trash! The apartments are well made and affordable as well. Whenever I have guests, I'm complemented on my space. I'm very satisfied.

Update 3 months later 11/07/2024
I am now feeling as though the previous review was way too premature. We have been living here for 3 months and have noticed the plethora of items that have not been addressed properly and in a timely fashion. We had to get our leaking faucet in the tub fixed twice. We expressed that we did not want the dishwasher in the unit since the first day and since then have dealt with 7-9hr cycles, overflows, and leaks. We are STILL waiting for this to be addressed. We have requested for replacement screen protectors for the windows since the first day. They removed the screens the following day and still haven't put up new ones. The response time to "work orders" is horrendous, in my opinion. With our dishwasher currently leaking water onto the floor (which leaks are considered an emergency on the phone prompt), we were called back to be told it's not an emergency. We haven't been able to wash dishes due to the water coming from the sink and leaking into the dishwasher that we didn't want in the first place.
