Tom and Ula are such an incredible team!! As first time homebuyers, they were with us every step of the way guiding us through the process. Tom was always available to jump on a call early in the morning or late at night to explain in detail so we understood everything. Ula was extremely detailed in going over all the submitted documents and knew exactly what needed to happen for the loan to be approved.
