Highly recommend! Morgan Smith Realty managed our rental home for 10+ years, and they did an amazing job! We completely trusted them to manage the property, and were pleased that they were always responsive to any questions, concerns or comments we had. They were always quick to handle any repairs needed to the property and worked to get them completed in a timely manner. When it came time to sell the property, they also supported us through the whole process in any way they could. Extremely unprofessional and no manners! Did not return our deposit after we left apt in emaculate condition. Fraud! Management breaking FHA laws and no one seems to care! Morgan Properties should consider screening employees to assure that they are qualified and responsible enough to manage an apartment complex.

I used Morgan Smith realty for the property management on my house in Augusta for a few years and it was a great experience. Dian Smith was very professional and helpful throughout the process and when it came time to sell the house I decided to use her as well.

Dian was great to work with. Our property was rented without any breaks and Dian and Ann Marie were great at communicating when there were issues. When we decided to sell it was a smooth transition from renting to listing and we closed on the sale about a month after listing.

Generally a poor experience.
Morgan Smith Realty is slow to respond to service requests and the subsequent repairs have tended to be of poor quality often requiring multiple service requests in order to repair the initial maintenance issue.

Additionally, Morgan Smith Realty's customer service does not favor the tenant; on a number of occasions correspondences to Morgan Smith Realty have been sent certified mail in order to document the requests and as a result of numerous attempts to communicate by a variety of other methods.

With respect to the real estate management companies I have been associated with in previous rental properties, Morgan Smith Realty has been the least helpful in providing a adequately maintained and desirable domicile in which to live.
