Morgan Real Estate had helped me three times, including my first mortgage and two subsequent refinancing. Overall the loan process are very smooth, and they are patient, very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

The part I like most about Lynn and her staffs is that they actually work with customers to learn their schedule, budgets, expectations, then provide customized and best solutions for different customers, instead of referring the loans potentially bring most profits to them. I felt they are trying to help buyers to successfully find home, which is touching.

My family has worked with Lynn for many years. She is extremely professional and always provides an honest opinion. Her team is very responsive.

Her newsletters are extremely relevant for the Bay Area market. They do a great job of explaining what's happening in the economy and how it affects rates. She also provides some broad macroeconomic trends.

In the last 6month to 1 year, her offerings have expanded. Before, they were well known for primary resident refinance rates. Now, they have expanded into investment property and origination.

Morgan's rates are usually 25-50 bps better than other brokers and 50-75 bps higher than the big commercial banks. Highly recommend getting on their mailing list!
