My mother in law owns a mobile home in MVME. It's a clean, friendly park. Lots of helpful neighbors who look out for each other. I happen to really like the management. They are always friendly to my MIL, my husband and me. They also called me when my MIL forgot to pay her rent and wasn't answering their phone calls (she didn't recognize the phone number).

122 units, emaculate landscaping, spotless pool and deck area. The community laundry room is in the process of remodel. Residents mind their own business, very peaceful and safe. A 55 plus park.

People who live here are great, but the manager is a jerk. I saw him harassing several tenants about the most trivial things. He drives around in his golf cart, looking for things to complain about. Its ridiculous.
