Monte christo property doesn't even come close to one star. I've lived on one of there properties for about 10 years. In that time they have been sued for failure to maintain. They still don't abide by the courts order. No maintenance or a maintenance man for over two years. Collapsed leach fields. Dilapidated electric grid. Yet they managed to raise rent more than 12% this year. All they do is lie and deferr repair. I wouldn't recommend any of there parks. The type of company that thinks if they avoid phone calls or emails the problems will go away. Just a predatory management company.

Good staff, there is always someone in the MCC company to get ahold of. Anyone I've ever talked to in the company, they have never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I have lived in one of their parks for two years.

I moved into my unit at Redding Hilltop Estates in October of 2024. I have had a wonderful experience with the Management. Chris Carter is the Community manager here and has always made herself available even after hours. She always gets back to me, same day and any concern I have had, she has taken care of and made me fell safe and valued. I have worked in HOA Communities and have always had an 800# to call. Chris Carter makes sure the properties here are clean, safe, and she is very friendly and approachable. I am happy with my choice choosing a MonteChristo Home Community. Thank You.

Good evening Neighbors I am writing you in Regards of our Park here at Fresno Mobile Estates . This Morning around 330am I encounter a Tow Truck DMC Towing a Contracted Tow Company for Our Park was Trying to Tow a Residence Vehicle right out of the Tenants Driveway I ran out of my Gate and Stopped (Luis) from towing my Neighbors car out of her Driveway . The only way the Tow Truck driver would release the Car if the Resident paid $150 cash they would not take a Credit card. I told the resident don’t pay them anything they are Violating our Rights.. so after a few words I was able to get the tow Truck to release her car.In our contract we are allowed to have to Vehicles in our driveway. Regardless if we have a fence or gate. I am writing this Message so everyone is aware of what could Happen to them. This Tow Company is receiving a phone call from a Member in our park who has a identity issue he wants to be in control who park’s illegal all the Time.He already towed my Truck which costs me $420 dollars. Here are the photos from the issue at 330am when all the Residents are sound asleep . This Tow Company is like a Cockroach who only comes out in the Dark

I am always impressed with the effort that Monte Christo Communities puts towards their tenants. I have known them to jump in and help rebuild a home after a fire, refurbish homes so a resident can remain in their home safely, donate food to families who are struggling with life changing events. This list is just the tip of the iceberg. I love the trickle down effect, MCC leads by example and that in turn establishes a perfect blend between on site management and tenants.

Thank you, thank you for doing amazing upgrades to the park, the owners we have now have gone over and beyond fixing this place up, I’ve been her for 6 years and they are the first ones to actually care about this place, great place to live, don’t let me leave management out, Debbie is the best, if something needs to be done she is on it, huge thank you to our manager, I love our little Community here ❤️ space #1

The 4 stars are for the local management team at the Sheridan Estates property. Sandy Garcia has gone above and beyond with helping those in this community, that includes my brother and his wife... they live at this location. Sandy has helped when they were struggling, bringing food to help them get through. She is always there to answer questions and help clarify information. My brother and his wife are very thankful to have Sandy in their lives. The reason for not giving 5 stars has to do with the upper management and the lack of clear communication on billing, and the constant increase in rent for the property. Most of the people who live there are on a very tight budget.

We had a electricity service failure in July 2024 that left the MHP without power for the better part of a week. The park had no back up generator so after sitting in the 104+ temperatures without Power or water for just a couple hours I went and purchased a portable generator to keep my food refrigerated and Frozen. And to provide some relief from the heat using a window A/C unit . After almost 3 days of no power or water for most residents Monte Christo Properties actually did something to assist the residents of the Golden Oaks MHP and brought in a huge gasoline powered Generator and provided what can best be described as
" Intermittent Power to the park residents " . The generator seemed to have issues with being supplied with gas. Now the residents of Golden Oaks MHP weren't connected to the Power Grid due to poor park maintenance and a failed fusible link . Approximately 2 weeks later we received or rent and utilities bill . It came as no surprise to me when our bill for Pg&E for July showed a increase of over $200 for July even though The PG&E service was off for a week and we were using a ge
