Lived at the Patio apartments my entire life, this company doesn’t care about its tenants. Will higher your rent and NOT fix ANY problems. Nothing is ever fixed just half assed. They will leave your roof unfinished and not fix unsafe stairs. Management at this property also targets specific tenants but refuses to enforce the laws herself.

DO NOT APPLY ! Zero star rating if it was available. A woman with curly, blonde and black hair assisted me . As one wouldn’t expect, this woman was extremely RUDE. She tried to be little me, had no sympathy and couldn’t believe that someone as young as me was making 3x the rent. Welp ! When you’re educated and have a nursing career that is very FACTUAL! She stated that I had a “under the table job” , when in-fact I had 2 verifiable paystubs . Pathetic and MEAN for no apparent reason. Save yourself some time.

For the most part I have had great experience with Moller. There maintenance professionals are very good, friendly and hard working. Their office professionals are helpful and knowledgeable. I have been very impressed with the work they have done and the problems they have fixed in my apartment. They are efficient, respectful and complete work in a timely manner. They seem to truly care. My only gripe was that I had to wait for an AC fix for a longer period of time than I would have liked. However, once Moller had the new AC system in hand, they replaced the next day. The wait was actually worth it, because my apartment now has a brand new, much better, AC!

Pro: Very Professional. fix issues right away, friendly staff (Elizabeth)
Con: Will charge you excessively Eg $85 if you lock yourself out
Will do anything to avoid giving you back your security deposit
I received a bill $370 to paint for the entire apartment. and $135 for normal cleaning. Even after his staff inspected the apartment and gave me 2 thumbs up. Theodore the manager came the next day and charged me $505 in total. I lived in this apartment 3 days a week for a whole year. All i did there was sleep. The walls were fine

Edit- updating this review as both Theodore and Elsa have been very helpful in making this right for us!
I came to see a unit that was available to rent and was told no one had submitted an application so filled out all the paperwork and provided our income and everything…only to be told right as we were about to finalize the application that my out of state ID wasn’t acceptable. They had taken my ID to view the apartment and had said nothing about needing a California ID, and the application also only asked for a state ID and did not specify California. This was very frustrating as we thought we had found the perfect apartment. The woman was also very dismissive and couldn’t be bothered to let us know before we had prepared everything. HUGE waste of time and very disappointing.

Before you apply Ask how much deposit ?Don’t lose your time and money
Me and husband took everything what they required are credit is above 660 , They offer us $3760 for deposit only + $1925 for the first month of rent , Total of $5685 to go in to the apartment .
I ask why to much of deposit becuase I have 6 months working in my new job , Hey but I haven’t stop working , I have 6 months in this previous job becuase is better and then becuase my husband has 673 of credit and me 693 , but hey I’m above of what are you required 660 right , my husband make by himself twice the rent per month. And they say that deposit is becuase me I have 6 months in this new job and becuase are credit omg how ridiculous. NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

Very rude customer service no compassion for the individuals and you have to pay for each application you file.
