The property is clean and nice to live in! Its also conveniently located in the heart of Kingsland so going to the grocery store is only a few minutes away. Management is always helpful- Cathy Lewis and Kaylyn always check up on us to see if we need anything (: Overall 10/10 experience!

This property is clean, affordable, centrally located, and the staff are always kind and helpful. The houses are a little bit older, but the renovations make the homes seem brand new. Also, maintenance is taken care of very quickly which is awesome! Cathy and Kaylyn are always there to help!

This place has really been on the decline since taking over for Soncel. We have dirty and dingy carpet that has not been replaced since we moved in. There are fees with everything I received numerous emails everyday about renters insurance

The whole office staff is amazing! Cathy and Kaylyn have been there to answer all of my questions and Bill and the whole maintenance staff have always responded to my request in a timely manner. Over all we have been very pleased with management team

I have called the leasing office number numerous times with no answer and even have left voicemails. I have never received a call back after leaving a voicemail. Because of the lack of communication, I’ve had to resort to email, which I figured would reach someone in the office. I’ve reached out to the service manager as well as the property manager and have not received a response back. As a result, I felt as if I had no choice but to show up to the leasing office. When I’m lucky enough to find someone there, I confronted Kaylyn as informed her I had been calling. She made a comment about the phone service, to which I responded that I had also emailed her and the property manager with no response. She deflected and asked what she could help with. There is no communication and no accountability for neglecting residents. It seems to be that the lack of intervention by the property manager someone condones the behavior/actions. Lastly, I moved out on the 15th of the month and the final statement said I moved out at the end of the month, robbing me of my prorated refund. Again, after numerous failed attempts to communicate via phone or email, I was forced to drive to the leasing office to address the issue. I was told that by law, they had 30 days to issue the refund. I did receive my security deposit, which was beyond the 30 days, but I have yet to receive my prorated rent refund, which is definitely beyond the 30 day period. Completely unprofessional staff.

Moving is stressful, but I am so thankful for all of Kaylyn’s help in this process! She has answered a tremendous amount of questions and continues to let us know that she is available if we have any concerns. She has been very knowledgeable, sweet, and welcoming!!

The places are quiet, but the “attached” neighbors are loud. We’ve had hardly any issues while living here. The parking in the road is terrible, I get having visitors, but there’s always so many people parked on the side of the roads in the evenings.
Now for the huge plus!!!!!! Kaylyn in the office is FANTASTIC!!!! She’s always so sweet, kind, and makes our lives easier by being able to help and make sure we’re assisted in a timely manner! Thank you so much for being so awesome Kaylyn!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!! Save your time and money and just go else where. The houses are nice but the customer service and they way they conduct business is very unprofessional.
Applied for a rental home back in May. We got denied because of my husband's rental history, which was fine, so we waited for our $200 deposit to be put back into our account. Two weeks went by, nothing. Tried calling the office several times. Never got an answer. Left messages. Sent emails. Nothing. So on my only day off I went by their "new" office and no one was there. Came back later that afternoon and finally someone was in the office. I asked about my deposit and was told that they DO NOT refund your deposit the same way they received it and that I would receive a CHECK in the mail within 30 days. I was very upset because that wasn't told to us at any point. But we had no choice. Moving on to today the ending of June the check FINALLY came in the mail. I tried going to both my banks ( navy fed & truist) and they wouldn't cash it. I then went on to try Walmart and Publix and they wouldn't cash it either. They wouldn't give me a reason, just a number to call. Now we're nervous thinking we just got scammed out of our money. I finally ended up going to the bank that was on the check and they cashed it with a fee of course. Never again!!! Not even if they were giving a house away.
