I was very happy to work with Jessica Sturgis. She was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and attentive through the whole buying process. She was able to make arrangements on very short notice for us which helped tremendously. She also went above and beyond giving us recommendations for lawn service, cleaning services etc. I would highly recommend working with her and this realty. It was such a great experience! I Leased a house in Foley, AL through Mobile Bay Realty. Denise was the property manager (I will leave the owners name out for privacy reasons). The house was in a nice neighborhood as described and very well taken care of. Denise was responsive to any concerns or questions and the owner was unintrusive and good to work with as well. The lease payments were easy to make (online) and there was nothing unusual about the lease agreement.
