I had an absolutely amazing experience with Mohammed at MJF. We needed a land survey done for an addition we are doing and most companies had us on a 3-4 month wait. Mohammed was able to get out within the month and complete the survey and associated documentation. On top of this, we were asked to provide an elevation certificate for the final permit. I reached out to Mohammed for this and he let me know that since a portion of the property was in a flood zone but the actual house was not, it wouldn't make sense that we would need one. I was able to challenge this with the town and they wound up agreeing that it was not necessary saving us a good chunk of $. Mohammed could have just done the certificate, charged me the money and I would have submitted it never knowing the difference. It was very kind of him to relay the information he knew to me! I have recommended MJF to a few other folks working on projects such as an addition and would recommend him to anyone!

He Was paid for his work but his work was not right and the city would not except it and now wanted me to pay $2600 more to fix his mistakes .set backs that he should know where wronge very disappointing. do not use ever!!!ocean state planners is my normal designer they are inexpensive and get things done right or would fix it.
