These guys deserve zero stars. They were I charge of some rental units and remodeling I had done in Atlanta while I was living abroad. First the over charged. Charged me 20k for Trex decking and used cheap pine. Installed different color windows in the addition of the home. Built the add on lower than the rest of the house and charged me 10k for more plywood to repair. Then they just stopped working on the project and never responded to any of messages or calls and I later found out they were charging me for lawn services that were not taking place. It’s been a nightmare repairing all the dodgy contractor work they did and abandoned. And they still send ACH withdrawal request to my bank. Look somewhere else for rental agency. And definitely don’t trust them to do remodel.

Very pleased with the experience of living in a loft manage by MJ Howard Group. I rented a loft managed by MJ Howard Group for 2 years and when I say Michael always went out his way to get things fixed in and to make sure we (his renters) where happy. His staff was always p!easant to deal with. Lastly I would definitely lease through his group again, just wish all real estate management groups were as pleasant and professional as this one!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about MJ Howard Group. When I first moved into my house, the process was very easy and they were able to get me in right away. I had a dog which can be an issue for many people when trying to rent but they were totally understanding. They acknowledged that breeds are unfairly characterized and it's about the owner, not the breed. I initially thought I would need to break my lease due to life circumstances. Their policy for lease termination is also very reasonable. They just ask that rent and utilities are paid while they find a replacement tenant. Recently my furnace went out and within 24 hours I had a brand new furnace and the follow up electrical work that was needed was done promptly as well. I've been here for over 4 years and I look forward to extending my lease another year. Michelle is very patient and professional! I definitely recommend leasing through MJ Howard. 🙂

What can I say. MJ Howard Group, Michael, Leslie and his staff have been my god send. They took properties of mine that were losing money, and turned then into money makers. I was spending time dealing with renters, and repairs, and collecting rent in situations where I did not have the extra time. MJ Howard Group took care of all for me. Their monthly fee was minimal for the time it gave me to do my things in my personal life, and the sense of security of knowing that the houses were being taken care of well. Michael Howard is a good man who one can trust. He will tell things honestly and is very knowledgeable. When it came time to sell one of them, MJ Howard Group made the process easy. The house was left in excellent condition under their care. with only minor repairs and the house sold in 2 weeks. One would be crazy to go in the house rental business and not use a property management company. For me, words cannot describe the gratitude and the excellent service provided by MJ Howard Group.

I can honestly say, MJ Howard Group is the best Leasing company I have ever worked with. Going into looking for a place, I did not have the best rental history due to some unfortunate circumstances. I told them upfront about my previous situation, and they were very understanding of it. That was greatly appreciated! I dealt mainly with Tyler, and he was always on top of things and addressed any issues and concerns I had throughout my stay. If you are looking to lease in/near the downtown area of Atlanta, I would highly recommend MJ Howard. You will not regret it!
