NEVER RENT HERE OR ALLOW THEM TO RENT OUT YOUR PROPERTY.

I allowed them to watch my property when I lived out of state and I have had numerous issues with this property company. First off I needed a copy of the key to my property for my realtor and after giving me the run around that they were “ in storage” turns out they never had a copy of it to give me. And we found that out weeks after my realtor and I called and emailed multiple times. Furthermore, after I told them I would be selling my house, and no longer needed their services, they emailed...not called regarding me owing them back pay for over a year and a half. It is NOT my responsibility to remind you to take your cut of the rental earnings. You send me my portion and I assume it’s correct. Not to mention they rent to people that ruin your house. I’ve had so many problems with my renters they found for my home. Several times I was told to pay for things to get fixed and when I checked with the maintenance staff as to what was wrong and what my money went to fix, it ended up being user error. Overall they have cost me more money than it’s been worth. Do not recommend in any way.

I have been renting with Mission Real State for about a year now. Every single time I had had an issue or request, it has been dealt with promptly and with ease. Securing housing can be an incredibly frustrating thing to do, and I’m quite happy that this rental company has made my life easier. I definitely will continue to rent with them and will recomend to others. As a younger person, I find the online tenant portal to be incredibly useful as well.

I have worked with Mission Estate for a little bit now I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quiet serene environment renting through them. The office staff we have are awesome. They are very professional and friendly and listen when you have a problem. The maintenance staff are friendly and knowledable. Neighbors are very kind and helpful. Feels like a real community with positive vibes.

Mission real estate was a very helpful company and helping me find great apartments in Bakersfield. The staff is very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable In all the questions I had. Especially the office lady Jocelyn she was very helpful and respectful to me and outstanding. And the manger staci is a lovely person and very very helpful. I would definitely recommend you coming to this company they will help you find your next home.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

The site manager is very irresponsible. At time of applying I had to constantly check up after a week of not hearing back, when accepted my move in time was delayed and again I had no check up, I had to call in myself to see what was going on with my move in date. When moved in I was supposed to get my mail and laundry key the day after signing my lease yet a week later I still had nothing. When messaging the site manager about this I got the same response of “I’ll make copies tomorrow.” (Third time hearing this)
I asked my neighbor for the key to the laundry room and to my surprise when I told her of how long I’ve been waiting she said she has been in the same boat for several other issues where the site manager was laggy with responses. Last but not least the washers themselves are terribly small, outdated, and 1 of the 2 doesn’t even work.
Horrible experience.
Just RENT ELSEWHERE..

Notice that only the negative reviews get likes! This is the worst rental agency I have ever had! Idk how other people gave positive reviews, because this company is terrible and petty. It took them 2 months to fix a gas problem. My wife and I couldnt take a hot shower in the coldest months of winter. Any other problems with the house; they would just send their "handyman". It would take him at least a week to come and he would only temporarily fix the issue. . .
After 8 months renting with them, i had lost my job and was forced to break our lease. We paid everything we owed. No debts, and the house was spotless except for a couch in the backyard. Now i come to find that when I was about to be approved for a new home for my wife and a baby on the way, mission left us a bad review. . .
I hope my comment is read by everybody wanting to go through this company and it helps them understand what they're actually getting into. Mission real estate is the worst rental company in bakersfield.

The Mission Property Management office always greets its customers with a warm welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. Fast quick service with the best rentals to fit your budget. Mission helps their customers find a nice suitable and affordable rental home. I would definitely recommend renting from Mission.

I am a new tenant and this is just the perfect little appartment for me and my little one! Alyssa welcomed us with open arms which made me very excited to move in, my neighbors are very nice and quiet, although i have had much interaction with them yet . The facility is very nice and clean .Its a 2min walk from some fast food restaurants,a grocery store , and a pharmacy which is perfect incase i need to run and get things for my little one! Very happy to be a mission real estate tenant & making this my first home!
