This message for Mary Garcia, I am a homeowner and I am paying for service to HOA but not getting any service. You have damaged the inside of my house, you do not even repair it. You get $450 per month there is nothing you do. All the parks and grass are full of dog stuff. animal owners are doing harm bu walking their dogs all over the lawn. Dog owners bring their dogs in front of everyone's house and dig the soil and damage the grass and you did nothing. 2 or 3 old ladies walking around they spy on peoples homes and present nonsense reports to this company. Does water flow a house every year ? The people you find are not doing their job right. Same problem every year, same people fix it it but the problem is the same...There is an agreement between you and these water repairers because it is the same company and the same problems are constantly occurring. you're wasting this company's money. Del Rio Court Concord, should be run by people with better experience than you.
