DONT RENT FROM HERE, VERY STRICT WONT LET YOU PUT UP MORE THAN 2 CAMERAS, WONT LET YOU HANG AN AMERICAN FLAG. THEY DON'T PLOW IN A TIMELY MANNER. AND THEY RAISE RENT EVERY YEAR VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND NOT SO GREAT FEATURES. DONT RECOMMEND

One of the worst managed places I’ve ever came across.
Almost impossible to get ahold of anybody. Nobody answers txts or phone calls. Power was out for 4 hours at the cottage & I couldn’t get ahold of a single person. Called 5 numbers, sent numerous txts. Had to cal the owner of the building to come from his home to fix the issue because nobody at mills property management will do a damn thing.
The cottage is a huge dump. There is a total of 2 outlets in each room, and 0 in the bathroom. And it is infested with bugs. Would not reccomend staying at this place or working with mills property management.
They aren’t capable of managing a single thing. Very ignorant unreliable & stupid people.
