As a first time homebuyer, I had trouble finding the right company and agent for me. A family friend referred me to Natalie, who has been their go-to agent for YEARS— I can see why. Natalie helped me find my dream house! She worked with me to find the right house within my budget and best for my finances. Natalie was very patient with me and did more than show me houses. She showed me the type of financial programs I am eligible for and made me feel confident buying my first house. Thank you!!!

BUYER BEWARE!

Was Hired by Angela Waltower To Oversee a Renovation of A Home she claimed to own in South Carolina.

Midway through the contract Angela began having payment issues and informed us the owner of the home on record would assit with making payments. As we attempted to progress with the project Angela would delay by making partial payments, scheduling appointments to visit and check progress and would not show up or reschedule.

She became so behind on payments she eventually cancelled our contract after she could not come up with the money to pay for the extra work we completed.

If she does not pay you upfront DO NOT DO BUSINESS AS YOU WILL NOT GET PAID IN FULL NOR WILL YOU BE PAID ONTIME!

Horrible customer service. Do not use this company for any real estate needs. They lack professionalism and are not sufficient with reaching deadlines. It's almost impossible to reach the agent when needed. Once they have your signature that's it. If you have questions or need assistance after the fact they are not available. It's all about numbers with them no real connection. Very rude staff!
