We had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Doreen. She seemed wonderful at first but quickly we realized her professionalism and ability to communicate are both sorely lacking. Two traits needed in this business I imagine. She first posted our home with photos uploaded from her phone, rarely responded to us in a timely manner and scheduling showings was a nightmare. Our sign broke multiple times and was just left sitting in the front yard for weeks. She was not helpful in any situation, we actually used another local realtor from a different company who helped us with tips and ideas to help us sell faster. We had to consistently reach out to her for updates, feedback, and even information on the closing process as she was not forthcoming with any of the details we needed.

We stayed in 6 a 1921 Osborne street in st Mary GA. The suite was spacious and newly remodeled. It was close to the down town with lovely shops. Excellent for going to Cumberland island or day trips to jekkyl island and st simon island. The room was quiet and felt safe. They were very responsive to any questions. It was no frills but for the price it had everything you need. Decent bed, tv, clean bathroom, desk with chair. Refrigerator , microwave and a sitting chair.
