I'm just getting started in renting a house in Summerville and choose to use Miler Properties. So far my interactions with Debbie Miler have been great.

She showed up and walked the house with me and my Uncle and gave me ideas on what to do and how to speed up the process to get the house ready to be rented. She has a good eye and knowledge of rental prices in the area.

I live out of state and she is over seeing that last few items to get the house ready. Which in turn will reduce the time until it can go on the market and has made my life easier. There is a small fee for this, but for the time saved and piece of mind, it is so worth it

I'm still new in this working relationship, but I can see this working out just fine. All fees seem very reasonable and the contract looks good to me. I also like the online portal that shows what's going on with the house and let me stay up to date with costs.

So far, I highly recommend Miler Properties to anyone looking for local help managing a property. She makes you really feel that she is working with you and will look over your investment as you would.

Is there anyway to use negative stars, if there was they would get them.
If you are a renter RUN. If you are the property owner, just know they will not keep up on your end of things either. Unprofessional. Forget to send renewals and/or Send you 30 day lease termination notices, when you're in the middle of your 2 year lease with no apology or accountability.
Yearly walkthru with one person, and then another person emails and tells you a different story. I could go on and on but I won't waste my own time. This is just to warn people before they waste money on this company that literally does nothing.
They are very "nice" to your face. Don't be fooled
