Love the home I rented, it was well kept and maintained. Ms. Ginsie was always very helpful and professional from start to finish. If there was ever an issue with something she had someone out within a couple hours to fix it however nothing was super serious. Every time I saw her she asked how my family was doing and genuinely seemed to care. Would give 10 stars if I could, highly recommend renting from her.

Wow!!!!!! Supposedly the lady in the office is the “SO CALLED MANAGER!” Very unprofessional for the field she is working in. I wasn’t even really calling for myself but for someone else and she was asking way too many personal questions! She said that the credit score I gave wasn’t high enough for a RENTER! 😂 never heard of such a thing. BUT OK! I asked for her name and her manager or who owned the company and she hung up on me! So I called back and she sent me to voicemail where it had her name GENSIE HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT……..WAS HER NAME!!!! HONESTLY I WOULD BOYCOTT THIS RENTAL PROPERTY PLACE IN VALDOSTA OR THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE ON THEIR OFFICE PERSON!!!!!

the lady i spoke with and dealt with in the office REALLY makes a great fit for the company. she was very unprofessional , from the beginning didn't even want me to fill out the application , didn't even check ANY OF MY INCOME OR REFERENCES but tells me i didn't qualify for the home.funny how she kept asking me personal questions due to the fact that i am a signal mother , BUT im gonna keep it professional and not say she was stereotyping. BUT IF your looking for a home i defiantly wouldn't recommend this company. a little cheap, BUT also a lot of their homes are run down and NOT maintained.

After renting in Valdosta for a couple years as well as in some other states, I have had the absolute best experience with Mike Hill Realty. Ginsie always went above and way beyond from start to finish and always put her tenants needs as a priority. We had very little property issues but if anything arose they were FAST to remedy any situation. This company has earned my highest respect and recommendation to any property owners or prospective tenants looking to rent. The only reason we didnt renew was due to out of state relocation but will most definitely utilize Mike Hill should we return to the area.

I can’t speak on their rental business but their receptionist should work on her attitude. I called to ask a few simple questions and her tone was the worst I ever heard for someone to be in a professional environment and she hung up in my face.

Completely rude and unprofessional, after applying for a home they called back and instead of acting like an adult acted like an upset child and insulted me about something on my credit history from 6 years ago. Glad I didn’t end up caught in a lease with with these people, they clearly have no respect for anyone.
