Absolutely horrible! Roaches are so bad I had to move! I am really, really clean and could not stand it there. Crime, drugs and loud music every day! When you complained to the worthless manager, she said, oh well, we have to keep the apartments filled. She even knew there were felons living there, who were NOT not allowed, but she didn't care! I wouldn't tell anyone to move there, OMG, horrible. And then there was the killing, 8/23/2024 because of a party being thrown, which also are NOT allowed.

This place is so much better it is quiter, and peaceful than earlier years. You can sit and enjoy PEACE an quite, your kids can run and play, plenty of parking. Midtown apartments are watched by the Midland City police department 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year. So if you have any problems contact Mikie Walden or Midland City finest. Enjoy yr stay

I've been a resident of midtown apartments for about 7 months. I have let the landlord know that I was being harassed, discriminated against, threatened, and approached by a current resident living there. Nothing has never happened too her besides a talk. I've had a harassment charge on her going on 4 months now. I've let the landlord and police know about the situation and still nothing has been done. I've just left the housing authority and they couldn't give me a specific reason on why I was evicted besides a word of mouth. There has been multiple shooting in my time of staying there. All residents involved are currently still living there for free. Some people can do certain things, certain people can't. I do not recommend these apartments too anyone because of the landlord and owner's. The maintenance men steal out of my apartment etc. Please don't live here!!!!!

These apartments are old, however, extremely well kept. The people who run the place are exceptional. The insides of the apartments are spacious, not elegant, but well thought out and usefull. The outside of the units could use a good sprucing up to just add curb appeal but other than that, they are safe and clean.

My mother lives in one of these apartments. They may be a little bit older but they keep them in good condition, and when I've had security or maintenance issues they've taken care of it quite quickly

They really need to remodel their apartments,, I hate to leave but I must go because some neighbors is not clean like myself,, they allow their dog to use the bathroom in front of walk way and don't clean it up,, the only reason why I relocated was to take care of my mother not that she passed last week it's time for me to move back to Atlanta and start looking for my house because there waiting list for Mikey Walden is to long for me to wait I've been waiting going on two years now

It looks like a great place for middle aged and senior to live in peace and quiet... I like how the apartments are laid out, gives you the scene of a Home instead of an apartment... very big plus, as well as having a small hard as well to plant flowers...hurraaay!! Wish me luck one and all, I believe I'll be very happy here, Thank you Debbie & Lois you two are the best people in the world!!!!?☺?

Nice sized apartments. Out of the way location near Hwy 231 and Troy University.
As with any apartment complex you have your share of thugs and drugs.

Management does all they can to keep the place decent
