This is my second time working with Midstate Mortgage to secure a home loan. I bought my first home with them and was so pleased with their work and how they walked me through a stressful process that when I bought my second home I knew I would use them again. We applied for a mortgage loan at Midstate Mortgage and got approved the same day. I was 30 feet high on ladder painting a customer house when I got the call from my wife Chericah Coleman Gibbs. I thought she was joking at first but I hop off that ladder quick to meet my wife to celebrate the good news. When I tell ya they have a dedicated staff that work dilentglty with you. Another (larger) mortgage company needed much more time to process my loan but Mr. Edge was able to complete it in five days. Of course all situations are different but Mr. Edge could have easily said it couldn’t be done in the needed time frame but instead he said he would try his best and he did make it happen. Communication was great and the process was smooth.
