I absolutely love where I live. Decent pricing for rent. Only downfall is the communication from either of the women in the office. If you have any questions after you sign the lease, don't expect to get an answer, but believe me, before you sign...they communicate well.

Terrible customer service, we have been in contact with this group for two weeks going back-and-forth with application issues because they don’t take paper contracts. They’re online system kept on having system bugs delaying our application further. They would never notify us or update us, and we always had to call to get more information. We were applying for a home we couldn’t even see the interior of. By the time we finally get our application submitted and sent, they tell us that someone else has been approved and that the listing is no longer available. They wasted our time and did not have any sympathy for that. unprofessional, and will not look refer them to anyone.

This is the best rental company I have ever used. I lived in my rental property for almost 2 years and anytime I needed anything, they were very responsive and on it right away. Christa and Marni are so personable, communicative and kind. I recommend Midlands Property Management 100 times!!!

This property management group is absolutely amazing. I was helping my children's father find a place since he works overnights. They were so understanding and allowed me to help him all the steps of the way until he signed his lease. They have been amazing to him with the very, very small issues he had. (he's the first renter of this home so you always find the little nooks and crannies as living there) The landlord is top notch as well. Very impressed with this company.

This is a wonderful leasing company! We rented our home from them for a year... the house was beautiful itself... we paid our rent on time every month and whenever we had a maintenance issue, they addressed it immediately! I could not have asked for a more professional/helpful company to rent from. Every one is always super helpful and nice when you call/email. The rental process itself is so easy and mostly everything is done via online. Pay your rent, take care of the property, and they leave you alone... if you have an issue with them, chances are You’re the problem, not them! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

My time with Midlands Property Management was most excellent! They were extremely responsive to any/all concerns about the property, as well as were extremely flexible with my timeline. As a PhD student, oftentimes we do not know how our future is going to change from day-to-day, which makes it difficult to plan for things such as rental properties. When I brought this concern to Midlands Property Management, they were more than willing to allow me to go month-to-month without an issue and allowed me to provide a 30-day notice when I was ready to vacate the property. This alleviated quite a bit of stress when it came down to details of living arrangements, especially as my career trajectory changes as I neared the end of my doctoral education. I would highly recommend this property company to anyone looking for hospitable and flexible living situations.
