Michele is an amicable person. She made my transaction very smooth and easy. Whenever, the lender would send me documents to sign she would always call to ask if I understood what I was signing or to see if I had any additional questions.

Michele also negotiated $5k off the purchase price of my home and she got me a sellers credit of 10k to help cover my closing cost/buy down the interest rate. I can honestly say Michele diffidently represented clients. I know negotiating money off the purchase price is less money for her- but that’s what she did for me and I’m very grateful. I would greatly recommend Michele J Sherman, to anyone that is looking for an honest, smart & classy real estate professional.
