When my partner and I decided to purchase our first home, my mom connected us with Michele. I am from the Bay Area but I now live in New England. Michele walked us through the entire process of buying our home, including finding a licensed realtor in our state, mortgage options, what to look for in inspections, etc.

Because we bought a home in Vermont, we had to find a realtor that was licensed in our state. Even though Michele was not licensed in Vermont, I could NOT have gone through the home buying process without Michele's expertise. She is truly the EXPERT in first time home buying, and she knows how to break down a complex process so that it makes complete and total sense. Even though Michele did not sell us our home, she was with us every step of the way. I knew I could call her at any time of the day and get honest, sound advice. That kind of commitment to people speaks volumes. She is passionate about helping people, and she has such a big heart. She honestly made me wish that I was buying my home in California because I wanted to buy with her!

We are an Air Force family, stationed out of Travis Air Force Base. We got word we were getting re-stationed out of state, and had to sell our home fast. We hired Michele as our Realtor, and we are so glad that we did. She understood our deadline, was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable about the current market, and a pure joy to work with.

While we were getting the house ready to be photographed, listed, and shown, our Airman was sent overseas for a two-week trip that turned into three weeks. We have three small children, 7, 2, and 1 years old. Selling a house during Covid times, managing three kids schedules, two that are babies, having a first grade distance learner, plus getting a house ready to be sold tested me like no other.

Michele was always understanding of my hectic schedule with the kids, and seriously went above and beyond to help me out while I was alone managing it all. She provided me a checklist of how to get the house ready. She delivered me boxes, packing material, tape and a tape-gun to pack away personalized items. She offered to take the kids and the dog to the park. She was a shoulder to cry on when I was having a melt down trying to get it all done by myself. She was an absolute amazing advocate for our family when representing us to potential buyers and their agents. She was extremely understanding of our situation and really felt like family throughout the whole selling process, and thereafter. Michele just honestly cares about her clients. We are truly grateful to her for a wonderful experience, in a hectic time in our lives.

We cannot say enough about how much Michele went above and beyond, even after the sale was final, which really speaks to her character. She is smart, detail oriented, represents her clients well, is honest and fair, and got us well over what we were expecting for our home. Michele is amazing! I needed to sell my home and she was with me every step of the way. Time was of the essence. She not only helped me determine the list price but also helped me get my home ready to sell. I loved how she tracked how my home was performing against similar listings, calling me with weekly reports and increased marketing efforts to keep my home at the top of the “views” and “favorites” lists.
